M2 Money Supply (USA) as of 30.07.2012

The M2 Money Supply reported by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, USA on 10.08.2012, increased by 6.6% year-on-year (YoY) for the week ending 30 July 2012 to USD 10,035.5 billion. In a historical perspective based on data going back to 1980, the current YoY percentage increase in money supply is a bit higher than average. The YoY percentage increase for the week was however the lowest for 57 weeks. The average YoY percentage increase since 1980 is 5.9%. On a weekly basis, money supply for the week was up 0.1% on last week.
