Charts of the Day: 30-Year Conventional Mortgage Rate in the U.S. Climbs 111 basis points in just 11 weeks

Since week ending 25 April this year, the 30-year conventional mortgage rate in the U.S. has climbed from 3.40% to 4.51% for the week ending 11 July. This is an increase of 111 basis points, or 32.65%, during the course of just 11 weeks.
